Auntie Jo’s pasta salad

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lb cooked pasta
  • 2 carrots, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, minced
  • ¼ large red onion
  • ¼ poblano
  • ¼ yellow bell pepper
  • Cracked himilayan salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 cloves fresh garlic, smashed & minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig Fresh basil
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig Fresh Greek oregano
  • 1 sprig Fresh mint
  • Sprinkle red pepper flake
